摘　　要：通过对中国水力资源开发现状进行分析,总结中国水电开发面临的问题和困难。以中国能源中长期发展规划确定的水电开发原则和开发目标为指导,结合中国十三大水电基地的开发现状,分析远景中国水电开发面临的形势,进而提炼总结出中国已建、在建、未建主要特大型水电站基本情况。Through analysis of the status of development of hydropower resources in China, the challenges and difficulties faced in the hydropower development are summarized. Under the guidance of hydropower development principles and goals set by the long and mid - term energy development plan of China, and combining with the development status of the thirteen huge hydropower bases, the situation for future hydropower development in China is analyzed and the basic characters of the super - hydropower stations completed, under construction or in planning are summed up.
