邓铁涛浴足方治疗高血压病60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索邓铁涛教授浴足方浴足治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将高血压病患者60例,随机分为试验组及对照组各30例;试验组内服基础降压药,加用邓铁涛教授浴足方浴足,对照组内服基础降压药,加用温水浴足。结果:在降压方面,试验组与对照组比较在降低舒张压方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示加用邓铁涛浴足方浴足可以增加降低舒张压效果。在改善临床症状方面,试验组总有效率为93.4%,对照组76.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),其主要体现在改善阴虚阳亢型临床症状具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:邓铁涛教授浴足方浴足治疗高血压病,尤其是阴虚阳亢型高血压病,疗效确切,方法简单,安全无不良反应。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of DENG Tie-tao food-washing prescription on hypertension.Methods： 60 cases of hypertension patients were randomly divided into 30 cases of the trial group and 30 cases of the control group.The trial group was treated with basic pressure reduction medicine orally and DENG Tie-tao food-washing prescription externally.While the control group was treated with basic pressure reduction medicine orally and warm water externally.Results：On the pressure reduction aspect,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）,which could get a clue that DENG Tie-tao food-washing prescription could enhance the effect of pressure reduction.On the clinical symptom improvement aspect,the total effective rate of trial group was 93.4% and the total effective rate of control group was 76.7%.There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）,which mainly displayed on clinical symptom improvement of yin deficiency and yang upward syndrome（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of DENG Tie-tao food-washing prescription on hypertension,especially yin deficiency and yang upward syndrome,was accurate;the method is simple,safe and no side effect.
