四黄祛银汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟四黄祛银汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:治疗组130例,采用口服自拟四黄祛银汤,8周后评定疗效;对照组126例采用口服迪银片。结果:治疗8周后,经PASI进行评分统计,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟四黄祛银汤治疗寻常型银屑病,安全、有效、费用低廉、组方新颖、纯中药制剂,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Self-drawn Sihuang Quyin Decoction on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：130 cases of the treatment group were treated with Self-drawn Sihuang Quyin Decoction orally and after eight weeks the curative effect was evaluated.126 cases of the control group were treated with Diyin Tablet orally.Results： Through PASI grade stat.the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Self-drawn Sihuang Quyin Decoction treating psoriasis vulgaris was safe,effective,low price,new combination,pure TCM preparation and no side effect.So this method is worthy of wide-ranging clinic use.
