河北省县域产业集群的发展风险及其治理

摘　　要：近年来,河北省县域经济取得了长足进步,并发展到了较高阶段。产业集群是取得这一进展的一种重要的产业组织形式。但由于产业集群的一些内部矛盾,河北省县域经济的发展存在着网络性风险、结构性风险和沉没性风险。而重视集群信用建设、促进群内企业地方性扎根和力促其产业升级,则是我们积极应对此问题的三个主要措施。In these years,the county economy in Hebei achieves a great progress and has developed into a higher stage. The industry cluster, as an industry organization former, plays a very important role in it. But for those inner contradictions, there are some risks in the Hebei cluster economy development, which are the network risk, the structure risk and the sunken risk. Paying more attention to the credit construction in the cluster,promoting the enterprises＇regional embeddedness and accelerating it＇s industrial upgrading are the major three governance measures to cope with those questions for us.
