摘　　要：社会主义和谐社会以人的全面发展为基本特征,以人为本是构建社会主义和谐社会的出发点和落脚点。体育精神中蕴涵着丰富的和谐理念与和谐精神,体育运动在促进人的身心和谐、人与社会的和谐、人与自然的和谐方面具有独特作用。不断满足人民群众日益增长的体育文化需求是构建和谐社会的必然要求。The basic characteristic of socialist harmonious society is the human development, and humans as root is the starting point and final aim of socialist harmonious society. Physical education is filled with rich harmonious spirit and idea, which play a unique role in promoting the harmony between＇ body and soul, human and society, man and nature. Continuously meeting the needs of culture and physical education is the necessary demands to make a harmonious society.
