摘　　要：对工件锈蚀的不同去除方法进行了比较。总结了车架电泳涂装前处理常见的问题,如锈蚀去除不净,表面粗糙度过高,除油不净,磷化不良和工件返锈。分析了其产生的原因,提出了解决方法。指出工艺流程、涂装前处理输送设备和处理方式、磷化槽加热方式是影响前处理的主要因素。Different derusting methods for workpiece were compared. Common problems existing in electrophoresis pretreatment of vehicle frame were summarized as follows： insufficient rust removal, too high surface roughness, insufficient degreasing, poor phosphating and rerusting of workpiece. Causes of the problems were analyzed and problem-solving methods were presented. It was noted that the process flow, transportation equipment and treatment way of coating pretreatment, and heating way of phosphating trough are the primary influential factors for pretreatment.
