摘　　要：文章分析了信息资源共建共享投资效益评估研究的背景、意义和价值,研究思路与方法,构建了信息资源共建共享投资效益评估研究的内容体系。The article analyzes the background and the significance and value of the benefits eval- uation of investment in information resources construction and sharing, gives its research ideas and methods, and constructs the content system on the benefits evaluation of investment in information resources construction and sharing.
