摘　　要：A nonnatural amino acid,o-cyano-D,L-phenylalanine hydrochloride,and its four inter mediates are synthesized using diethyl malonate as raw material.Factors influencing the reaction are studied,the processing methods are improved,and the yield of each reaction is increased.The structure of the compounds mentioned above is determined by IR,NMR,elementary analysis and melting point.A nonnatural amino acid, o-cyano-D, L-phenylalarLine hydrochloride, and its four inter mediates are synthesized using diethyl malonate as raw material.
