摘  要:A carbon glassy electrode modified by gold nanoparticles was prepared.The elect-rochemical behavior of hemoglobin on the modified electrode was investigated and it was found that the modified electrode has an obvious electrocatalytic effects on the hemoglobin.The electrode shows a linear range of ipa(μA)=0.0981+2.7169c for hemoglobin in a HAcNaAc buffer medium of pH 4.6.The relative standard deviation for eight determinations of 1×10-5mol/L hemoglobin is 0.85 %.The modified electrode shows excellent stability and reproducibility.A carbon glassy electrode modified by gold nanoparticles was prepared.
