摘　　要：输送带是自动生产线上多工位之间的工件输送装置,针对传统抬起步伐输送带的输送过程中,误差大,速度慢,自动化程度低的缺点。大连机床集团开发了一种由伺服电机——丝杠螺母驱动的数控抬起步伐式输送带,实际使用表明这种输送带具有输送步距可调,可控,工作稳定,可靠,效率高,噪声低,维护简单的特点。Transportation belt is transportation device of multiple processes in automatic machining line. Aiming at big error, lower speed and lower automatic control degree in the transportation process of traditonal Uplift-transportation belt, DaLian machine tool group develop NC Uplift-transportation belt drived by servo motor and screw shaft-nut structure.Actual uses indicate that this belt contains adjustable and controllable step distance,steady and reliable perfomace,high efficiency,lower noise,easily maintain characters and etc.
