摘 要:研究了纳米TiO2对皮革涂饰剂性能的影响。将分散均匀的纳米TiO2按不同比例混入工业用聚氨酯乳液中,得到纳米TiO2/聚氨酯复合膜。通过对不同的纳米TiO2含量的复合膜接触角、透气量、抗张强度的测量和霉菌培养试验,并结合电子扫描电镜(SEM)照片,得出在本试验条件下,纳米TiO2质量分数为4%时,复合膜的防水性能、透气性能、物理机械性能和抗菌防霉性能均达到最优,耐候性也有所提高;过量的纳米TiO2会导致粒子自身团聚,降低膜的性能。试验结果表明:通过混入适量均匀分散的纳米TiO2改性工业用聚氨酯,可以提高皮革涂饰剂的实用性能。The influence of Nano - TiO2 on leather finishing agent was investigated. The Nano - TiO2/Polyurethane thin films were prepared by blending adequately dispersed nano - TiO2 into Polyurethane latex in different ratios. The contact angle, permeability, tensile strength and mildewproof performance of the films were determined and SEM photograph was taken. It shows that in our experiment conditions, when TiO2 is 4% ( mass percent ) , the water resistance, air permeability, physical and mechanical performance and the mildewproof performance is the best. And the weather resisting property is also improved. However, the higher proportions of nano - TiO2 may result in agglomeration of TiO2 particles and deterioration in film properties. Thus the application performances of leather finishing agent could improve with blending adequately dispersed Nano - TiO2 into technical polyurethane.
