摘  要:开发了一种新型的石灰替代型浸灰剂,并对其应用性能进行了研究。通过使用不同用量的浸灰剂与常规石灰进行浸灰比较,探讨该浸灰剂松散皮纤维的能力及其最佳用量。结果表明:替代型浸灰剂用量为1.5%时,浸灰皮的增重率、膨胀率、纤维松散程度以及成革的收缩温度、力学性能等各项性能指标,都与常规石灰浸灰相当,说明该浸灰剂在松散皮纤维功能等方面,均可以与石灰浸灰相媲美。另外,使用该浸灰剂浸灰的废液中BOD5/COD>0.50,说明其废液易于生物降解;同时,在浸灰过程中不产生难以处理的石灰淤泥,并且用量小,价格低廉,有望成为替代石灰浸灰的环境友好浸灰剂。A novel lime - free liming agent was prepared and applied liming process. The optimum dosage of this liming agent was determined, by comparing the dispersing ability of this lime - free liming agent and traditional lime to collagen fiber. The resuits show that the performance, such as the rate of live weight growth, the expansion ratio and dispersing degree of collagen fiber, the shrinkage temperature as well as mechanical properties of final leather, are as good as that of the common liming agent. In addition, the BODs/COD value of the waste water from lime - free liming process is more than 0. 50, whilst the BOD5/COD value of common liming process is 0. 37, which indicates that the waste water from the former is easy to be bio-degradated. Meanwhile, no liming sullage which is difficult to disposal is produced. It is supposed to replace lime in the future as an environmental friendly agent because of its small dosage, low cost and environmental - friendly.
