魁英胶囊对放化疗小鼠减毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究魁英胶囊(KY)对环磷酰胺中毒小鼠以及放疗中毒小鼠的减毒作用,为该产品的新药开发提供药学实验基础。方法对模型实验小鼠灌胃给药,观察魁英胶囊对环磷酰胺中毒小鼠以及放疗中毒小鼠血常规、肝及肾功能的影响。结果魁英胶囊大、中剂量组白细胞明显升高,与环磷酰胺盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);魁英胶囊大剂量组白细胞数明显升高,各剂量组均能显著降低由于放疗引起的血清总蛋白(TP)升高,与放疗组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论魁英胶囊能够对抗化疗和放疗引起的白细胞降低,同时对抗放疗引起的TP升高,与化疗药物配伍有减毒作用。Objective To research on the effects of decreasing toxin of KY Capsules on mice after radio-chemical therapy , and lay the experimental ground for new drug study. Methods The medicine was given orally to mice poisioned by radiotherapy or cyclophosphamide,then mice＇s routine blood test, liver and kidney functions were observed. Results Compared with cyclophosphamide control group, large and middle dose of KY capsules could increase white cell numbers in mice dramatically（ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0.01） ; and compared with radiotherapy control group, the large dose of KY capsules could increase white cell numbers in mice dramatically, KY capsules various dosages could obviously reduce TP elevating caused by radiotherapy（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion KY capsules could resist the reduce of white cells caused by radio-chemical therapy and TP increased by radiotherapy. It could reduce poisonous symptom when used with chemotherapy drugs.
