摘　　要：传染性、感染性疾病的历史是悠久的,中医药防治的历史也很悠久。从蒙昧时代的烤火治病,到形成疾疫、温、火疢的病名认识,再到后来关于病因"祸风"观念的形成,经历了漫长的历史发展历程,到《素问.热论》用六经辨证热病,已经建立了完整的辨治体系。对于《素问》以前有关史料的研究,使我们可以了解外感热病发展的主要过程。Infectious diseases and its prevention and treatment with TCM have a long history in China.There was a long historical developmental process from the treatment of disease through warm oneself by a fine in the Barbaric Times to the recognition of the diseases named as JIYI,WEN and HUOCHEN;It was the application of the six-meridian syndrome differentiation in the febrile disease from Point of View of Plain Questions-On Febrile Diseases that the integrated syndrome differentiation system was established.The main development process of exogenous febrile disease can be understood by investigated the related historical materials before the advent of Plain Question.
