摘　　要：用示波极谱法测定土壤中的重金属,是一种较为常见的方法。我们对此进行了一些实验,并且摸索到了一种较好的测定方法。这种方法就是选用醋酸铵溶液浸提土壤样品,以氯化铵——氨水作底液,用亚硫酸钠除氧,可以获得镉、铜、镍和锌的良好波形,并可在同一底液中连续进行测定。此法简便、快速、灵敏度高,土样分析可获得较为满意的结果,适用于一般土壤样品中低含量的镉、铜、镍和锌的测定。It is a normal method to measure the heavy metal existed in the soil with oscilloscope- polarography. In this paper the author presented some experimental results gained by using a fresh measuring method which was found out in the experimental work.The sample of the soil was firstly soaked in the liquid of acetic acid ammonium,and then dislodged the oxygen with chlorine ammonium - ammonia water as bottom liquid, by which the fine wave forms of cadmium copper nickel and zinc were obtained and the measuring work can be continued in the same liquid.The method is simple and convenient with higher sensitivity and a satisfied result could be achieve for analyzing soil sample, which is suitable for measuring lower contents of cadmium copper nickel and zinc in the soil sample.
