摘 要:鲜萝卜颗粒引发老化大豆种子,能明显提高种子萌发率和活力;减少电解质和氨基酸外渗。种子引发后"不回干"与"回干"两种处理的萌发率分别为94.5%和68.5%,是对照的2.2倍和1.6倍;活力指数为6.78和2.30,是对照的9.7倍和3.3倍;电解质外渗为34.0μS/cm和38.9μS/cm,占对照59.3%和67.9%;而氨基酸外渗为6.72μg/g和10.89μg/g,占对照22.7%和10.89%,各指标的差异达显著水平。结果显示:引发效果是"不回干"的好于"回干"的,这可为老化种子引发方法提供参考。The effects of radish cubes priming on the vigor of aged soybean seeds were investigated. The result showed that radish cubes could obviously enhance seed vigor and germination rate and reduced the seepages of seeds' electrolyte and amino acid. The results indicated that the germination rates of the seeds with the treatments of being "not re-dried" and "re-dried" after priming were 94. 5% and 68. 5%, respectively, which came to 2.2 and 1.6 times that of control; the vigor indexes were 6.78 and 2.30, which were 9.7 and 3.3 times that of control; the seepages of electrolyte were 34. 0 μS/cm and 38. 9 μS/cm, which took up 59.3% and 67.9% of that of control; and the seepages of amino acid were 6.72μg/g and 10. 89μg/g, which took up 22.7% and 10. 89% of that of control. The variations of these indexes were all significant. So it was concluded that the priming effect of "not re-dried" was better than that of "re-dried" aged soybean seeds, which could provide a reference for priming aged seeds.
