摘  要:采用离体叶片法测定了分离自湖南主产烟区的6个烟草黑胫病菌菌株的致病性,结果表明不同菌株间致病性存在明显差异,病情指数在6.6~89.0之间,其中以phy3菌株致病性最强。以phy3为接种菌株,在病圃进行3种接种方法筛选,结果以菌丝块创伤茎基部接种法发病率最高。综合以上试验结果,采用phy3为接种菌株,以菌丝块创伤茎基部方法接种,在病圃测定了52个烤烟品种资源对黑胫病的抗病性,结果表明不同烤烟品种资源抗性差异明显。其中,高抗品种资源占15.39%,中抗品种资源占15.39%,中感品种资源占30.77%,感病品种资源占38.46%,尤其以PVH01抗性最强。The pathogenicities of 6 strains of Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae (Breda de Haan) Tucker collected from Hunan province in China were tested by detached-leaves method in vitro. There was significant difference among the pathogenicities of the 6 strains, and the disease index ranged from 6. 6 to 89.0, of which the pathogenicity of phy3 was the strongest. The seedling wound stems inoculated by mycelium piece was the best inoculation method by screening 3 inoculation methods in disease garden. By using the strain of phy3 for inoculation method and the seedling stems inoculated by mycelium for inoculation method, 52 varieties of flue-cured tobacco against black shank in disease garden were screened. It was showed that the disease resistances of different varieties were obviously different, and that of PVH01 was the strongest of the 52 tested varieties.
