摘  要:选用17条ISSR引物分析12份臂形草种质遗传差异,结果表明:臂形草种质间的多态性高,17条引物产生了286条DNA片段,其中280条具有多态性,多态性比率高达97.90%;每个引物可扩增出6~23条DNA片段,平均16.8条,种质间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.486~0.968,平均值为0.681;通过聚类分析可将12份臂形草种质分为两类:一类为巴拉草和湿生臂形草,其余品种则聚为另一类。Genetic diversity of 12 accessions of signal grass (Brachiara Griseb) was evaluated by using 17 ISSR primers with inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. The results showed that high genetic diversity in the signal grass germplasms was detected. A total of 286 bands were amplified from 17 primers, of which 280 bands (97.90 %) were polymorphic, and 6 to 23 polymorphic bands could be amplified from each primer, with an average of 16.8. The mean genetic similarity value based on ISSR markers among 12 accessions of signal grass was 0.681, ranging from 0.486 to 0.968. Cluster analysis showed 12 accessions of signal grass could be classified into 2 groups. One group included B. mutica(Forssk.) Stapf and B. humidicola(Rendle) Schweick, and the rest of the accessions were clustered into the other group.
