摘  要:以有机磷细菌培养基和无机磷细菌培养基为基本培养基,利用液体培养基进行生物富集,然后通过平板稀释法进行分离筛选,共获得107个菌株。结果表明,以有机磷细菌液体培养基为富集培养基,以无机磷细菌固体培养基为筛选培养基,可以有效地从土壤中分离筛选到解磷菌,初步建立起快速有效筛选解磷菌的体系;固体及液体培养条件下解磷能力的测定结果表明,筛选出的解磷菌有较强的解磷能力,进一步验证了此体系的可行性。Organic pho sphobacteria medium and inorganic phosphobacteria medium were used to screen the phosphorus solubilizing bacteria from the soil in this study. There were 107 strains obtained by biological enrichment using liquid medium and then screening via plate dilution method. The result indicated that phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria(PSB) were effectively screened by enriching using liquid organic phosphobacteria medium and then screening using solid inorganic phosphobacteria medium. A quick and effective screening method for PSB was preliminarily established. The test of phosphorus solubilization in solid and liquid medium showed that the selected PSB strains, especially strains No.3 and No.4, had strong ability to solubilize phosphorus, which validated that this system is feasible.
