摘　　要：首先介绍了有机电致发光器件(OLED)的基本结构和发光原理以及相对于其主要竞争对手LCD的优势之所在。然后针对晶门公司的单色OLED模组SSD1303设计了专用的接口和驱动电路,最后的成品完全符合设计要求,显示效果比较理想,可满足各种便携式设备的显示要求。In this article, first of all, it introduced the basic structure and luminescent theory of organic light - emitting device （ OLED）, as well as the advantage of OLED was opposite in the liquid crystal display （LCD）. The SSD1303 was a single - chip CMOS OLED drive with controller for dot - matrix graphic display, this paper discussed a design of application specially interface and drive circuit by using SSD1303 module, the finished product met the request of design completely,could satisfy various the manifestation request of the compact portable equipments.
