摘　　要：电力运输线上的绝缘子对于高压电力系统的安全运行起着非常重要的作用,然而,老化的绝缘子导致的漏电现象影响着绝缘子的可靠性。主要介绍了基于MSC1210单片机的绝缘子在线监测系统的设计,该系统的主要功能为:①采集绝缘子实时数据;②利用单片机MSC1210对数据进行处理;③将数据通过下位机GSM通信模块发送到上位机进行进一步的分析;④下位机接收和处理上位机发送的传输数据命令。The insulative units on the power transmission wire play a very important role in the safety of high voltage power systems. But the creepage phenomenon ,the result of the aging insulative units ,will have an effect on the security of the insulative units. In this paper, a design of the on - line monitoring system of insulative units based on the MSC1210 is presented. And the main functions of the system are： （1）collect the real - time data of the insulative units （2）use the singlechip MSC1210 to process the data （3）transmit the data by the GSM communication module to the epigynous machine of the system for the further analysis （4）receive and process the order given by the epigynous machine of the system.
