摘  要:【目的】观察伤科接骨片对模型家兔骨折愈合过程中肾组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达变化的影响。【方法】选用36只雄性新西兰家兔,均复制成单侧桡骨中上1/3标准骨折模型;随机分为模型对照组和伤科接骨片组,每组18只,每组再分3个亚组,每个亚组6只。术后第2天开始给药,于术后第11、21和35天分别处死各亚组动物,取肾脏,采用免疫组化染色,应用图像分析的方法测定肾组织TGF-β1表达含量。【结果】第11天和第21天时伤科接骨片组肾组织TGF-β1的表达水平均较模型对照组显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);第35天时伤科接骨片组与模型对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。【结论】伤科接骨片促进骨折愈合的作用可能与其调节肾组织TGF-β1表达水平有关。Objective To observe the effect of Shangke Jiegu Tablets (SJT) on renal tumor growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in rabbits with bone fracture. Methods Thirty-six male New Zealand rabbits with fracture on one third of middle-upper unilateral radius bone were equally randomized into two groups: model group and SJT group. The rabbits in SJT group received SJT treatment 2 days after operation. Renal TGF-β1 content was detected by immunohistochemical assay and image analysis method 11, 21 and 35 days after operation. Results Renal TGF-β1 content in SJT group was higher than that in the model group 11 and 21 days after operation (P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01), and the difference was insignificant between the two groups 35 days after operation (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The mechanism of SJT promoting the healing of fracture may be related with its regulation of renal TGF-β1 content.
