摘 要:[目的]考察产地、有性繁殖对化州柚遗传特征的影响。[方法]通过对不同产地和不同品系的化州柚与柚的随机扩增多态性(RAPD)分析,建立化橘红种质资源的DNA指纹图谱,计算不同样品间的遗传距离。[结果]不同产地和不同品系的化州柚与柚间的遗传距离指数(D值)在0.01-0.64之间。[结论]产地改变、有性繁殖等都可能诱导化州柚遗传特征出现变异。Objective To features of Citrus grandis investigate the influence of producing areas and sexual reproduction on the genetic 'Tomentosa'. Methods The genetic distance in different species was counted, and the DNA fingerprint of germplasm resources of Citrus grandis ' Tomentosa' was established after random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis of Citrus grandis ' Tomentosa' and Citrus grandis ( L. ) Osbeck of various species from different producing areas. Results The genetic distance index D of Citrus grandis 'Tomentosa' and Citrus grandis ( L. ) Osbeck of various species from different producing areas was in the range of 0. 01 - 0. 64. Conclusion Sexual reproduction and the changes of producing areas can result in the genetic diversity of Citrus grandis ' Tomentosa'.
