摘 要:互联区域联络线上的功率振荡一般是由于系统阻尼较弱或重负荷等原因造成的。改善系统的阻尼特性可以有效的预防或平息此类振荡。根据同步相量测量单元(PMU)所测得的转速、相角等信息,设计了联络线可控串补装置(TCSC)的控制器,用以加强互联两区域系统的阻尼。文中在一个简单的2区4机电力系统中,研究了采用基于广域测量信号的TCSC控制器。仿真效果说明了基于广域测量系统的区间阻尼控制能有效抑制区间低频振荡和提高互联系统的传输容量,而且可在工程上实现。In general tie line oscillator of power system between interconnected areas is caused by under - damp or heavy load, preventing effectively and putting down it can be done by improving the system characteristic of damp. According to some information, speed of rotation, phase angle ete, measured by PMU, TCSC controller is designed for strength damp of linkage with interconnected areas. The effectiveness and correctness of this design is proved by simulation. The wide area controller is used in the study of system of four machines two areas. Artificial results show that damping control based on WAM suppress effectively power oscillation and improve the capacity of transmitting. It is feasible on the project.
