摘　　要：民族自治地方财政自治权是民族自治地方经济自治权中一项重要的权利,民族自治地方财政自治权的实现是保障民族自治地方各项建设事业顺利发展的必要保障。民族自治地方财政自治权是民族自治地方根据《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》的规定享有的自治权之一,基于财政自治权的重要地位,从法律保障和政策保障的角度探讨如何实现民族自治地方财政自治权。The financial autonomy is a very important right in the local economy in minority autonomous regions. The realization is the necessary safeguard for the smooth construction. The right is one of the autonomy according to The Autonomy in the Minority Autonomous Regions. As the financial autonomy is of crucial importance, the thesis will explain how to realize it from the angel of law and policy protection.
