摘　　要：分析了新农村建设中发展林业的内涵,提出发展林业有利于农民增收、农业安全,有利于农村生态环境改善、资源储备和可持续发展,有利于发展特色农业和精神文明建设。在此基础上多角度探讨了新农村建设发展林业需要注重统筹规划,加强技术培训,进行科学指导,提供政策引领,培育特色林业,提高农民生活水准。This paper analyzes the connotations of forestry development in new countryside construction and points out that the development of forestry is beneficial to income increase of farmers, agricultural safety, ecological environment improment, resources reservation and sustainable development and spiritual civilization construction. The approaches to forestry development are introduced such as stressing overall planning, enhancing technique training, providing scientific instruction and policy preference, and cultivating specilized forestry so as to improve farmers living levels.
