摘　　要：在详实的信息和数据基础上，对《禁止化学武器公约》第2次审议大会所要面临如化学武器销毁、科学技术的发展及其对公约的影响和质疑性视察等若干问题进行了分析和探讨（并非全部问题，如工业核查问题等），以供相关部门和人员参考。Based on full and accurate information and figures of development of implementation of the CWC, the authors discuss and analyze several key issues that the second review conference may face. These issues include destruction of chemical weapons, development of science and technology and its impact on the CWC and challenge inspection etc.. Hopefully these discussions may be references for authorities and persons concerned.
