摘　　要：目的鉴别前胡及其混淆品石防风。方法采用性状、显微、薄层色谱及液相色谱等鉴别方法。结果前胡与其混淆品石防风的性状、显微特征、薄层色谱、液相色谱均有差异。结论所采用的鉴别方法,能客观准确地区分前胡和石防风。Objective-To identify Radix Peucedani and its adulterant Radix Peucedani terebinthaceum. Methods Description, microscope, TLC and HPLC were used. Results There were some differences between Radix Peucedani and its adulterant Radix Peucedani terebinthaceum in histological, morphological characters and physicochemical properties. Conclusion This method can distinguish between Radix Peucedani and Radix Peucedani terebinthaceum.
