摘  要:对碳钢表面金属陶瓷涂层的配方、涂敷工艺、热处理工艺等进行了实验室和工程化实验。研究表明,金属陶瓷涂层连续均匀、致密,陶瓷成分分布均匀,陶瓷相质量分数为15%~45%。金属陶瓷涂层表面显微硬度分别为20号碳钢和Incone(?)600合金钢的4.6~6倍和3.28~4.26倍。工程化实验结果表明,试验过程工艺参数控制稳定,热处理过程顺畅。在腐蚀原料中,加入质量分数为20%,粒度为100目的金刚砂,在温度为130℃,时间为7.5 h,冲刷速度为12 m/s的条件下,金属陶瓷涂层其耐冲蚀、耐磨蚀性能分别为碳钢、18-8钢、Inconel 600合金的20,5,2倍。经过一年的运行后,金属陶瓷涂层表面无明显变化,显示出良好的耐磨、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀及耐热性能。The formulation, application process and heat treatment process etc of ceramal coating on carbon steel surface were tested in the laboratory pilot plant and commercial units. The tests showed that the ceramal coating was continuous and compact, the ceramic compositions were uniformly distributed and mass content of ceramic phase was 15% -45%. The micro hardness of ceramal coating was 4.6-6 times that of 20# carbon steel and 3.28-4.26 times that of Inconel 600 steel. The commercialization tests revealed that process parameters were stable and heat treatment was smooth. When it was tested in a corrosive media containing 20 m% of carborundum grains of 100 mesh at a temperature of 130 ℃ and erosion velocity of 12 m/s for 7.5 hours, the erosion resistance and corrosion resistance of the ceramal coating was 20 times that of carbon steel, 5 times that of 18-8 steel and 2 times that of Inconel 600 steel. After one year' s operation in the commercial process unit in Fujian Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , no apparent changes have been found on the surface of the coating, exhibiting its excellent performance against erosion, impingement and corrosion and thermal resistance.
