摘　　要：和谐文化是和谐社会的基本特征,对和谐社会建设具有观念引导、思想保证和精神支持的重要作用。建设和谐文化必须坚持一元与多元、继承与创新、以人为本和促进人的全面发展、消除文化贫困与实现文化公平相统一的原则。Harmonious culture is the basic feature of harmonious society and is also the guidance, insurance and foundation of constructing a harmonious society. The principle for constructing a harmonious culture is a combination of centralization with pluralism, inheritance with innovation, people-orientation with their overall development, and the eradication of cultural poverty with the realization of cultural equity.
