外伤性胰腺损伤的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性胰腺损伤的护理方法及并发症的预防措施。方法对32例外伤性胰腺损伤患者在临床治疗的同时,加强术前、术后、心理与基础护理,并观察对疗效的影响。结果32例患者中治愈28例,治愈率87.5%;死亡4例,病死率12.5%。结论外伤性胰腺损伤患者在临床治疗的同时,采取科学主动的护理措施,对减少并发症的发生、降低病死率、提高治愈率,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To discuss nursing method of traumatic injury of pancreas. Method 32 cases with traumatic injury of the pancreas were involved in the present study. The curative effect was observed when the patients were under strengthening nursing before surgery, after surgery, and basic nursing. Result 28 of 32 patients recovered, whereas 4 patients died. Conclusion Scientific initiative nursing measures on traumatic injury of pancreas is important to reduce the complication and increase the therapeutic effect.
