应规范医学学术论文主体部分中“讨论”与“结论”的撰写要求

摘　　要：医学学术论文主体部分(正文)中"讨论"与"结论"如何撰写?二者有何区别?一直是广大作者、读者极为关注的问题;尤其医学学术论文主体部分中是否应该有"结论"项?以及应由"结论"结尾,而不是由"讨论"结尾,不仅广大作者、读者不清楚,甚至不少期刊编辑也不清楚。本文就医学论文主体部分中"讨论"与"结论"项撰写的基本要求,二者的不同特点,以及规范、完善学术论文主体部分中的"结论"项等进行了概述与探讨,以供作者、读者、编者参阅、借鉴。How to write Discussion and Conclusion of medical research paper？ What is the difference of Discussion and Conclusion from each other？ The questions mentioned-about are paid close attention to most of authors. Especially, whether the main part of medical research paper needs the part of Conclusion in or not, and whether medical research paper ends with Discussion or with Conclusion are not identified for most of readers, authors and editors. The present article described and investigated the element and the difference of Discussion and Conclusion of medical research paper to standardize and improve the writing of Conclusion for readers, authors and editors.
