摘　　要：从理论上对辊式涂布的流体力学进行了分析，介绍了影响其操作稳定性的主要问题和辊式涂布的限制条件。明确提出了采用长网多缸纸机的表面施胶装置进行超轻涂表面处理的技术；对它在双面胶版纸、新闻纸和涂布原纸的生产中的应用效果进行了讨论。结果表明，该技术不仅能够改进产品质量，还能降低生产成本。The hydrodynamics of roll coating processes are introduced.The limitations of roll coating due to hydrodynamic instability are presented.The pressure and streamline distributions in two roll coating processes are discussed.Ultra light weight coating technique for off set printing paper,newsprint and basepaper for art coated papers are presented.The results show improved qualities and reduced production costs.
