摘　　要：本文从产权的角度出发,根据城市交通相关行为主体的产权特征,提出城市交通产权空间的理论概念,建立了行为效用-产权空间分析模型,并在此基础上分析各种产权结构对行为主体效用的影响,从产权机制的角度提出了扩大公共产权和混合产权应用范围、改革行政权利机制等缓解城市交通矛盾的政策建议。In this thesis the author tries to analyse the property rights structure of unban transportation system and its relating policies by the building up of a property rights-utility model. As an outcome, some suggestions such as property rights structure are given to help local government policy makers to improve the traffic environment of Chinese cities.
