摘　　要：目的探讨HLA-B27检测在强直性脊柱炎临床诊断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫磁珠分离技术和荧光显色技术相结合的单克隆干板法,对疑诊为强直性脊柱炎(AS)及有相似症状的854例患者进行HLA-B27检测。结果确诊为AS的患者中HLA-B27阳性率为90.9%(20/22)且集中在中青年男性。结论HLA-B27与AS的相关性是迄今为止所知的HLA与疾病相关性中最强的,HLA-B27抗原检测可作为AS确诊的重要辅助指标。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of human leukocyte antigen-B27 in ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods HLA-B27 of 854 patients suffering from AS, low back pain and/or arthritis were examined by immunomagnetic separation and fluoimmunoassay. Results The HLA-B27 positivity rate of 22 patients confirmed as AS was high （20/22, 90.9%） and they most were middleyoung men. Conclusion HLA-B27 is closely connected to the occurrence of ankylosing spondylitis and can be used as an important auxiliary index for evaluating the diagnosis of AS.
