摘　　要：股票市场对一个国家的经济起着非常重要的作用。对市场经济国家而言,股票市场有利于企业融资和优化资源配置,同时也给股票投资者带来收益。揭示了企业内在价值的理论渊源,并探讨了可以用来进行股票内在价值评估的几个主要模型,并对如何完善股票内在价值评估提出了建议,意在帮助投资者正确评估股票的内在价值,以便作出投资决策。The stock market plays a significant role in the country＇s economy, there＇re two main func- tions for a marketing economic country： enterprise financing and optimize resource allocation, for china, serving for the reform of national owned firm , it＇s the third function. For achieving those functions, it must do some research in the internal value of the stock, we revealed the theoretical source of the internal value of the firm in this article, and discussed several main models of appraising the internal value of the stock.
