摘 要:针对传统小样纺织设备以机械式为主,自动化水平低,设备之间缺乏联系等问题,开发了小样纺织CAD&CAM系统,重点论述小样纺织CAD&CAM系统的网络结构、功能和通信协议的设计,研究基于RS485标准的单主多从的通信模式,实现了主从机一对一对话,并对通信协议中的请求数据包、数据包和响应包的格式作了定义和分析,介绍了通信系统的抗干扰设计。基于该通信协议的小样纺织CAD&CAM系统,可实现主机向多台从机传递工艺参数和在线监控各台从机的工作状态。The traditional sample textile equipments have such problems as mechanical pattern, low automatic level and lack of connection among these equipments, for this reason, a sample textile CAD&CAM system was developed. This paper puts emphasis on network structure, function and communication protocol of sample textile CAD&CAM system. A single-master/multiple slave communication model based on RS 485 was studied and one to one master-slave communication was realized. In addition, the requested data packet, data packet and response package in communication protocol were defined and analyzed, and anti-interference design was discussed. Based on this communication protocol, the host of sample textile CAD&CAM system can transfer process parameters to a number of slave machines and monitor working state of slave machines.
