摘　　要：运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,在分析北京奥运资源概念的基础上,探讨了北京奥运资源的分类,提出了北京奥运资源后续利用的战略构想:即统筹规划、实施北京奥运资源后续利用长期系统战略;保护北京奥运资源,科学开发,重视奥运资源危机管理,实施扩散管理战略;建立北京奥运资源目的地形象后续利用三维测量模型,为制定北京奥运资源后续利用战略提供决策服务;保持北京奥运资源后续利用的平稳发展速度。Using literature research techniques and so on material investigation and study, expert interview, logic analysis, in analyze Beijing Olympic Games resources concept in the foundation, has discussed Beijing Olympic Games resources classification, proposed Beijing Olympic Games resources following use＇s strategy devised： Namely the master plan, implements Beijing Olympic Games resources following use long-term system strategy; Protects Beijing Olympic Games resources, the science development, takes the Olympic Games resources crisis management, the implementation proliferation management strategy; Establishes Beijing Olympic Games resources destination image following use three dimensional survey model, to formulate Beijing Olympic Games resources following to provide the policy-making service using the strategy; Maintains the Beijing Olympic Games resources following use the steady development speed.
