摘　　要：文章阐述了谷物品质快速检测仪的关键部分-数据采集传输单元的设计与实现。数据采集传输分为软硬件两部分,硬件设计主要是实现数据采集单元和USB接口单元电路设计,软件包括三部分,芯片固件程序、驱动程序、上位机Win32应用程序的设计。其中详细介绍了ADS7825的内部结构、工作原理、性能指标以及它与CY7C68013组成的多路USB接口数据采集单元的具体实现。This paper illuminate design and implementation of the data collection and transfer unit, the key components of the cereal quality detector. Software and hardware both make up of the data collection and transfer. Hardware mainly design the circuit of data collection and USB interface; software include firmware program,driver program and Win32 Application program. In this paper,the inside framework and the principle of the A/D Converter ADS7825 are elaborated,at the same time, the concrete application of the multi-channel data acquisition unit which is consisted of ADS7825 and CY7C68013 is introduced, based on the USB interface.
