摘 要:目的:建立工作场所空气中醇、酮、酯、酚和有机酸类混合物共29种混合物的快速测定方法。方法:采用硅胶管、活性碳管采集空气中多种混合物毒物,用1:1丙酮-二硫化碳解吸后以HP-INNOWAX为分离柱、气相色谱-质谱仪联用分析测定。结果:所有组分彼此完全分离,能同时予以定性确认;29种混合物在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.99;最低检出限远低于职业化学中毒现场剂量水平。29种混合物解吸效率为81%~95%。结论:本方法具有高选择性、灵敏度和准确度,完全满足工作场所空气中29种混合物中毒的快速定性定量测定。Objective: A gas chromatography - mass spectometry method for rapid determination of 29 kinds of alcohols, acetones, esters, phenols and organic acids in the air in a Workplace has been established. Methods:Twenty - nine mixture compounds in the air was adsorpted by silica gel tube or actived carbon tube sampling and solvent desorption using 1 + 1 acetone/disulfa, then separated by GC with an HP - INNOWAX capillary column and analyzed by MS. Results : All mixtures are separated completely each other, simultaneously identified and quantified. The correlation coefficient of all calibration curve is good and greater than 0. 99 between defined concentration range. The limit of detection of 29 mixtures is much lower than poisoning dosage level in the workplace air, with the desorption efficiency of 81% -95%. Conclusion:The method is selective, sensitive , accurate and applicable to qualify and quantify these 29 mixtures in the air at a workplace.
