摘  要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)简便、快速、准确的测定水中10种元素的分析方法,了解广州市水质概况。方法:样品直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混和内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:整个方法的检出限介于0.014-1.043μg/L,精密度优于5.8%,回收率介于93.0%-110.0%。对标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:该方法简单、快速和准确,能适用于水中10种元素的同时测定。Objective:Developing a simple, rapid and accuracy method to determination of 10 trace elements in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and realizing the status of water quality in Guangzhou. Methods : The sample was determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which used mixed internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting. Results :The range of detection limit of observed 10 elements was from 0. 014 μg,/L to 1. 043 μg,/L, the RSD were less than 5.8%, recoveries were 93.0% - 110.0%, the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory. Conclusion:This method is simple , rapid and accuracy, and can be used to determine 10 trace elements in water simultaneously.
