摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定水果中赤霉素、苯甲酸、糖精钠和胭脂红含量的方法。方法:采用溶剂萃取对样品进行提取,以CH3OH/H2O(NH4Ac-HAc)为流动相,优化流动相配比、流速,采用二极管阵列检测器进行检测(λ=210nm),利用反相高效液相色谱分析法测定水果中赤霉素、苯甲酸、糖精钠和胭脂红。结果:该法线性良好,相关系数r〉0.999,相对标准偏差〈5.0%,加标回收率80%~95%。结论:本方法简单可靠、快速,灵敏度高,定量准确,可用于同时测定水果中赤霉素、苯甲酸、糖精钠和胭脂红。Objective:A method for the determination of gibberellin, benzoic acid,saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R in the fruits by HPLC was established in this research. Methods : Samples were extracted by solvent extraction, and mobile phase was CH3OH/H2O ( NH4 Ac - HAc ) = 35 : 65. Flow rate is 0. 6 ml/min and samples were determined by DAD detector. The column temperature was controlled at 30℃. Results:The method was able to separate and determinate 4 materials in fruits easily and effectively. In the experiment, good relative( r 〉 0. 999 ), broad linearity range, low detection limit, good analytic accuracy and precision were obtained (RSD 〈 5% ). The average recoveries were between 80% and 95%. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for simultaneous determination gibberellin, benzioe acid, saccharin sodium and poneeau 4R in fruits.
