大学生供精志愿者解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体感染的检测分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生供精志愿者这一特定群体尿道分泌物解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体的感染情况。方法:用培养鉴定的方法对77例精液初筛正常的大学生供精志愿者进行尿道分泌物的解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体的检测分析。结果:12例供精志愿者的解脲支原体阳性,占15.6%,4例供精志愿者的沙眼衣原体阳性,占5.2%。结论:大学生供精志愿者尿道分泌物感染情况提示:在校男大学生中有一定比例的解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体的感染,高校应加强学生的公共卫生教育,增强在校学生的生殖健康意识。Objective：To explore the infection status of ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis in urethral secretions of college student sperm donor. Methods： The ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis in urethral secretions of 77 normol sperm donor of college student in first screen were examined by in vitro culture. Results： Of the 77 donors, 12（ 12/77, 15.6% ） were ureaplasma urealyticum positive and 4 （4/77,5.2%） were chlamydia trachomatis positive. Conclusion：Some college student were infected by ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis, this result indicate college student should be educated by public health knowledge.
