特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者狼疮样抗凝物质检测的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨狼疮样抗凝物质(LA)与特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者(ITP)的关系。方法:采用血浆蝰蛇毒时间(RVVT)测定55例ITP患者及35例正常对照组的LA比值,同时采用发色底物法检测血浆蛋白C活性(PC:A),放射免疫法测定血栓烷B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)含量及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值。结果:ITP组LA比值、TXB2含量及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值明显高于正常组(P<0.01),PC:A明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:LA可导致ITP患者PC:A降低、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值升高,ITP血栓的发生可能与LA比值的增高有关。Objective：To evaluate the effects of lupus anticoagulant （LA） on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods： In 55 patients with ITP and 35 healthy adults were studied. Russell＇s viper venom time（RVVT） was used to examine the ratio of LA（LAR） ,and a colorimetric method was used to detect the activity of plasma protein C （PC ：A） and radioimmunoassay（RIA） was employed to measure the level of plasma thromboxane B2 （ TXB2 ） and6 - keto - prostaglandin F1α （6 - keto - PGF1α ）. Resuits ： Compared with the normal group, LAR, TXB2 and TXB2/6 - keto - PGF1α showed significant increase in ITP （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The levels of plasma PC ： A in the patients with ITP were significant decrease than those of the normal group PC ： A. Conclusion： LA can increase, TXB2 and TXB2/6 - keto - PGF1 and decrease PC ： A in patients with ITP, It is suggested that there may be an association between the increase of LAR and the presence of ITP.
