阿胶口服液对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究阿胶口服液对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响,探讨和分析阿胶口服液对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用小鼠迟发型变态反应试验、小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法)、小鼠血清溶血素滴度测定(血凝法)和小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验,观察2.5、5.0和15.0 m l/kg BW剂量的阿胶口服液对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。结果:通过小鼠迟发型变态反应试验和小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验观察到2.5、5.0和15.0 m l/kg BW剂量的阿胶口服液能增强小鼠迟发型变态反应和促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化增殖;通过小鼠血清溶血素滴度测定和小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验观察到同等剂量的阿胶口服液能增加小鼠血清溶血素滴度水平和促进小鼠脾细胞抗体生成。结论:本研究条件下我们观察到阿胶口服液能够提高小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,对小鼠的免疫功能有正向调节作用。Objective： To explore the effects of gelatina nigra on cytoimmunity and humoral immunity function in mice. Methods： Observed the effect of medicine on the delayed hypersensitivity, the blastisation of spleen lymphocyte, the tite of blood serum hemolysin and hemolytic antibody of the mice. Results：After the treatment by the dose 2. 5,5. 0 and 15.0 ml/kg BW gelatina nigra, the delayed hypersensitivity, the blastisation of spleen lymphocyte, the tite of blood serum hemolysin and hemolytic antibody of the mice were significantly increased markedly, the comprehensive effects of gelatina nigra were better than that of the normal group. Conclusion：Gelatina nigra can effectively enhance cytoimmunity and humoral function in mice.
