摘  要:建立了钽涂层石墨管原子吸收法测定钡的方法,硝酸镁作基体改进剂,有效地避免了碳化物的生成,提高了测定灵敏度,测定了土壤标样和环境水样中钡的含量。方法的出限为2.1×10-11g,对于14ng/mL钡的测定相对标准偏差为4.4%。A method was established for the determination of barium in environmental samples by graphite furnace atomicabsorption spectrometry. In the presence of matrix modifiermagnesium, the matrix interference was eliminated efficiently and when the graphitetube was coated with tantalum, the sensitivity was improved. The method has been used for the determination of trace barium in soil sample and environmental water sample. The detection limit for Ba is 2.1×10^-11g and the relative standard deviation is 4.4%.
