摘 要:研究不锈钢纤维在并条机上的牵切工艺。通过对不锈钢纤维牵切机理和牵伸力与握持力关系的分析,认为要确保不锈钢纤维牵切、成条圈条顺利,就要满足其牵切工艺的技术条件。在确定牵切工艺时,应尽量放大隔距,使握持距大于等于130 mm,选择硬度较大的胶辊并适当增大胶辊压力,牵伸倍数选择4倍左右,前罗拉速度降到20 m/min左右,混纺的棉条或化纤条与牵切须条要同时喂入喇叭口制成牵切棉条。Draft-cutting processing of stainless steel fibre in drawing frame was studied. Draft-cutting principle relationship between draft force and gripping force of stainless steel fibre were analysed. It is considered that technology condition of draft-cutting processing must be satisfied to insure stainless steel fibre draft-cutting, slivering and coiling successfully. When confirming draft-cutting processing, the gauge should be set as large as possible, gripping gauge should not be Jess than 130 mm, hardness of robber-covered roller should be larger and the pressure should be increased properly, drafting multiple should be about 4 times, front roller speed should be reduced to about 20 m/min, blending cotton sliver or chemical fibre sliver should be fed in pipe socket with draft-cutting sliver at the same time to shape draftcutting co.tton blended sliver.
