细纱牵伸区附加压力棒的试验与分析

摘　　要：为进一步改善细纱条干水平,通过分析细纱牵伸区附加压力棒的牵伸机理,并对加装压力棒前、后纺纱条干质量进行了试验对比,试验表明:细纱牵伸区加装压力棒后,不仅成纱质量有了明显提高,而且可提高细纱牵伸倍数,减少前纺设备投入。同时提出了细纱压力棒配置和使用中应注意的几点问题,以便较好地发挥压力棒牵伸的作用。To improve yarn evenness, through analysing additional press bar drafting principle in spinning drafting zone, contrasting test of yarn evenness were carried out before and after installing press bar. The result shows that after installing press bar in spinning drafting zone, not only yam quality could be improved but also spinning drafting multiple could be increased and front spinning equipments could be decreased. Problems that Should be noticed in using and assorting spinning press bar were put forward simultaneously so as to make full use pressure bar drafting function.
