摘　　要：为开发出彩棉纤维玉米纤维羊绒纤维混纺针织纱,在各原料的性能差异较大的情况下,采用条混的工艺流程。针对不同纤维采用不同的清棉及梳棉工艺,并条工序合理设置牵伸工艺,粗纱工序防止意外牵伸,细纱工序控制成纱条干与强力,使该品种生产顺利,成纱质量得到保证。To develop color cotton corn cashmere fibre blended knitting yarn, sliver blending was adopted because differences of property- in material is bigger. Different picking and draft processing were adopted for each fibre, draft processing was set rationally in drawing process, unexpected drafting should be avoided in roving process, in spinning process yarn evenness and strength should be controlled, finally the yarn could be produced successfully and the quality could be ensured.
