摘 要:为确保由429原棉纺出的C 9.7 tex纱的成纱质量,对设备进行了改造,优化了各工序工艺参数,并采取了多种技术措施。清棉工序采用"多松少打、早落少碎"的工艺原则,梳棉工序采用"轻定量、低速度、紧隔距、强分梳、多除杂"的工艺原则,并条工序合理牵伸分配,适当降低前罗拉速度,粗纱捻系数偏大掌握,细纱工序采用"两大两小"的工艺措施,使得成纱质量达到用户要求。To ensure C 9.7 tex yarn quality spun by 429 degree raw cotton, equipments were modified, each processing parameter was optimized and some technology measures were adopted. Processing of more opening less beating earlier drop less smash was adopted in picking process , in carding process lighter weight per unit lower speed less gauge stronger carding more cleaning was adopted, in drawing process draft assorting should be reasonable and front roller speed should be reduced properly. Roving twist factor should be slightly larger, in spinning process, processing of bigger roving'twist factor larger roller gauge less roving draft less spinning back zone draft was adopted, finally yarn quality could reach customer demands.
